Return Policy

Introduction

Xlear is committed to providing our valued customers with quality products at great prices. However, we do understand sometimes refund requests may be made. This policy sets out circumstances in which we may accept returns and provides refunds in respect of a specific issue, at our absolute discretion.

POLICY

If you purchased products from Xlear Inc. directly (not from a retail store – see those below), we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. This means if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the use of the product, you can return it back to Xlear, Inc. for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling) as long as you notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Damaged or incorrectly shipped products

To receive credit or replacement product, all claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the product. Damaged or incorrectly shipped products must be returned in order to receive full credit, unless otherwise instructed by our customer care team. Customer care will arrange to have damaged or incorrectly shipped products picked up. UPS will attempt to pick up the items 3 times and if unsuccessful then returning the products will then become the responsibility of the store/customer.

Incorrectly ordered products

Purchase orders for Xlear product filled out incorrectly by the customer will be credited upon return of the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product, and no shipping charges will be credited. Xlear’s customer care team is available to discuss your order in the case of a concern or dispute.

Expired products

Our products are manufactured with a 2-3 year lead time on expiration. We ask that you use and/or sell through products 90 days prior to expiration. For specific questions about expired products, please call 877-599-5327 or email orders@xlear.com.

Purchases made from an approved Xlear retailer

If you purchased products from an approved Xlear and/or Spry retailer and you are not satisfied with the product then we ask that you return the product to the store that it was purchased from. Each store has their own return policies and we default to them on what they will accept back for a refund or store credit.

All other returns: Contact the Xlear customer care team by calling #877-599-5327 Monday to Thursday between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM MST. It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and delivery confirmation. Please also provide a copy of the packing slip or the original order and the reason for your return. The estimated refund time is 10 -15 business days from the receipt date. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
