Sugar Free French Toast with Xylitol

Sugar Free French Toast

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. XyloSweet
  • 8 thick slices of bread


Sugar Free French Toast

  • Measure flour into large mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in milk. Whisk in salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and XyloSweet until smooth.
  • Heat lightly oil griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Soak bread slices in mixture until saturated. Cook bread on each side until golden brown. Serve hot.
