Sugar Free Lemonade Vinaigrette Dressing

INGREDIENTS

Sugar Free Dressing

  • Juice from one lemon or lime
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. white or rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup light vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. XyloSweet
  • 1 1/2 tsp. water
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Sugar Free Dressing

  • Put all ingredients except XyloSweet and water in a blender. Blend on high until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and sauce is smooth.
  • Mix XyloSweet with water in a small, microwave-safe dish. Heat for 30-40 seconds or until XyloSweet is completely dissolved. While xylitol mixture is still hot, carefully pour it into blender. Blend until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Adjust spice/sweetness by adding additional ingredients to your taste. Dressing can be used immediately or cover and refrigerate for later use.
