INGREDIENTS

Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup XyloSweet
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1″ fresh ginger, grated

DIRECTIONS

Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce

  • Use this sugar free teriyaki sauce as a marinade or basting liquid on chicken, beef, fish, and vegetables.
  • To make this sugar free teriyaki glaze: mix 1 tsp. of corn starch with 1/2 tsp. of water and stir into 3/4 cup of prepared teriyaki sauce. Bring to a boil until the sauce begins to thicken. Remove from heat and allow the glaze to thicken as it cools. Baste onto cooked chicken, beef, or chicken.
