| Dear
Customer,
Resolving to cut sugar consumption this year? Keep the Sweets!
Millions of people across the country are about to commit to one
of the most common New Year's resolutions: going on a diet.
In addition to eating less, many people are determined to start
cooking healthier foods. Unfortunately, in many minds, healthy is
often synonymous
with "no flavor," or "no sweets." With XyloSweet
from Xlear, Inc., dieters can not only reduce their daily calories
and carbohydrates, they can keep the sweet, flavorful foods in
their diets.

Xylitol News & Research
Kids
Brush up on Dental Health, (Green Bay Press-Gazette. Dec
9, 2005).
Clinic understands and utilizes the healthy properties of xylitol--"It's
important to prevent tooth decay," she
(Vandenhouten) said.
Included in the giveaways, which were donated to the clinic, is sugar-free
gum with Xylitol. This is good for moms, Vandenhouten said. "Tooth decay is transmittable, so a mother can transmit it
to her child. The gum kills bacteria that cause decay. "It's not known how much Xylitol is needed, but if you're
going to chew gum, chew sugar-free gum with Xylitol."
Fill
the holidays with sweet remembrance, (The Spectrum (St. George,
Utah). Dec 10, 2005)
"Sugar alcohols such as xylitol, manitol and sorbital do contain about
half the calories of sugar. They are absorbed much slower into the
body making them a plus for the diabetic. These products do not promote
tooth decay and may have additional benefits, such as xylitol, which
is a bacteria wash. Many chewing gums are made with the sugar alcohols
because they do taste better than most of the other sweeteners."

Xlear Product Testimonial
Thanks to Sonja W. of Traverse City, Mich. who sent in her testimonial
about using XyloSweet. We will be sending
Sonja a free pack of Spry chewing gum. Here's her testimonial:
"Since reading of your sweetener product in Dr. Williams' newsletter,
several years ago, we have used nothing but Xylitol as a table
sugar, and in all our baked products.
"It is absolutely perfect in measuring one for one, and the taste
is completely delicious, as sugar would be. We feel much better
about having a sweet now and then, because it is a pretty nutritious
product, with benefits, yet!
"Thanks for developing Xylitol, and we recommend it to all those
who do not have diabetes or any illness, as well. We hope to
stay perfectly healthy.
"- Sonja W."
