What is the Xlear Autoship Program?

Our Xlear Autoship program is the easiest way to ensure you never run out of our best-selling xylitol products!  Simply select the frequency you'd like to receive products when adding them to your shopping cart and we'll take care of the rest. The service is easy to use and can be suspended or cancelled at anytime. You always have complete control over your autoship order, and we send an email reminder 2 days before each order ships. You can change your shipping address, billing address, and payment method anytime by visiting ‘My Subscriptions’ located within the ‘My Account’ section.

How do I join the autoship program?

Setting a product to be auto-shipped is easy! When adding the item to your cart, simply select the frequency you'd like us to ship the item, then checkout as normal.

What will happen after I subscribe?

After you join our Xlear Autoship Program, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access 'My Subscriptions’ where you can see the products you've setup on autoship and the details of the upcoming order(s).  Your autoship orders will automatically be placed according to your selected frequency and you will only be charged when the order is shipped. Two days prior to each autoship order, we will send a reminder email alerting you of the upcoming shipment. 

Do I receive a discount for subscribing to Autoship?

Sure do!  You will receive an instant 20% discount on each item you subscribe to.  To receive this discount, simply select the frequency you'd like the item to be delivered from the product page and click the "Add to Cart" button.  The price will automatically adjust in your shopping cart.  You will also receive this discount on all future autoshipped orders. 

Will I receive the same XLEAR points?

Yes, you will receive XLEAR points on autoshipped orders.  These will automatically be added to your account each time your order(s) are shipped.

How do I make changes to my subscription(s)?

Our autoship program is incredibly easy to manage. You can suspend or cancel your subscriptions at any time by visiting the "My Subscriptions" tab located in the 'Account' section.

To suspend a subscription:

Suspending your subscription will essentially put that item's autoship on hold.  To do this, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab, which is visible from the Account page once you're logged into your account.  The 'My Subscriptions' tab will display all of the items you've subscribed to in the past as well as their current status.  To the right of the item you'd like to suspend, click the "Edit" link.  This will take you to the summary page of this specific item's autoship schedule.  Near the bottom there is a 'Suspend subscription' text link above the 'Cancel subscription' text link.  Click the 'Suspend subscription' link, then confirm this is what you'd like to do in the pop-up box.  If done correctly, you will receive an email confirming your autoship has been suspended.  You will need to repeat this process for each product you'd like to suspend.

How do I make changes to my Xlear Autoship account information?

To review or modify your Xlear Autoship Program account information, visit ‘My Subscriptions’ located within the ‘My Account’ section of the XLEAR.com. You can change your shipping address or billing address on each item's detail page by clicking 'Edit' next to the item you'd like to review/change. Please remember to press Save Address and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

How do I view my future deliveries?

You can view your future orders in the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab from the your Account once logged in.  This tab will display all of your past and present autoshipped items.  The Upcoming Payment column displays the next date each item will ship.

How do I combine items to be in the same order?

Autoship items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will automatically be shipped as one order. 

Can I add items to my next order with an existing subscription?

Unfortunately, the XLEAR Autoship Program is built on a per-item basis, so we are unable to add items to existing subscriptions.  

What types of payment are accepted for autoship?

All autoship subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, money orders and cashier checks cannot be accepted at this time.

What are the shipping costs for the Xlear Autoship Program?

When you first order an item on autoship, delivery costs will be calculated based on the shipping rate you select at checkout. For all of your automatic autoship reorders, the costs of delivery are as follows:

Delivery to the Continental US = Free shipping for orders over $30, or $4.99 for orders under $30

Delivery to the Non-continental US = UPS shipping rates based on weight and destination

Delivery to Canada = UPS shipping rates based on weight and destination

To maintain free shipping for Continental US orders, make sure the subtotal for your next delivery adds up to over $49 after any brand incentive discounts. You may check this anytime by visiting 'Manage Autoship' located within the 'My Account' section of our website. Please note that shipping surcharges for specific items will be added to the cost of the items.
